When nobody believes that on a base city model can`t be done new versions,the tuners show us that the impossible exists.This time,in the center of attention are a Smart Fortwo Cabrio and the german tuners from Koenigseder,that together pulled out a “Widebody” version of the well known german city car.

Koenigseder lowered the suspension of Fortwo with 3cm,and added Eibach shock absorbers and installed a 17″ wheel set on which the tires are hardly observed.The main detail in this semi-sport look is the flower paint job on the body,this being the ecological clue that the tuners have set for Fortwo Widebody.Among the base elements of this car are the interior carpets that are amde out of 100% recyclable material.

The name “Widebody” is the direct result of the larger body kit they designed for the Smart,this being made out of steel,les ecological but also fully recyclable.The tuners noticed that the enormous wheels need bigger fenders so these became true reference and power points on the models body kit.

The modifications brought to the engines were made for the diesel engines.From 45 to 65Hp and from 108 to 135Hp and also to the 1l Turbo engine that goes from 84 to 105Hp.

Known as the biggest tuning competition in the auto industry,the power gathering Tuning Grand Prix 2008 has designated it`s winners.The race in Hockenheimring Germany was dominated at the GT class by the Porsche monsters from TechArt.

MTM entered the competition with six cars: Audi A5 Clubsport Diesel (Diesel category ), RS4 Clubsport (limousine category), S1 ( Youngtimer class), S5 GT Supercharged (coupe/cabrio class), S3 Clubsport (compact class) and R8 Supercharged (GT class).

MTM won 3 first places and 2 “bronz medals”(3rd place). R8 Supercharged won the fastest car on the competition title.

The japanese tuning house,Premier4509,comes back in the european public attention with a new streamlined body kit,this time for the supercar Lamborghini Gallardo.The body kit prepared by the japanese guys include a front redrawn bumper,sidekits, and an aileron placed on the trunk and a back new bumper that`s made out of carbon fiber.The kit is completed by an stainless steel evacuation system that comes as an optional item to the package.

The Japanese made the new Lamborghini Gallardo body kit to offer it a better streamline,which would permit the air to flow to the engine and brakes unstopped.The components of the new body kit were handmade in Japan out of a mix of carbon fiber and fiber glass.Premier4509 is a tuning company well known in Asia and even in Europe,the Japanese modifying in the last 20 years only exotic and luxury models.Now the tuners at Premier4509 are well known for the quality of their materials and quality of details.

A tuning company tries to change a stock car as much as it can.Brabus is one of the best companies out there in this business.One of their last masterpieces is a Mercedes-Benz GL.
The exterior is incredible.The front bumper has been changed with a sporting new one that has the abiliti of holding both daylight and fog lamps.
In the back,because of it`s extended fenders Brabus decided to embend some openings in back of the rear wheels which gave the SUV an exotc look.

The beasts interior is luxurious as it`s exterior. The crew will enjoy finest materials as aluminum, light or dark leather upholstery, Alcantara and carbon fiber. Pedals, illuminated moldings and locks are made of aluminum. Brabus has also prepared a nice multimedia system with two LCDs.
Because it has a reputation of tuning up the power of the car the Brabus team didn`t let us down this time either.They pumped up the horse power to 388 and raised the torque up to 615Nm.All this power throw this beast of 2.5tons in only 6s to 100kmph.

All this power asked for some special brakes and the team took care of that to.They added vented brake discs to work with 12 and 6 piston brake calipers.
To finish the car they had to put some great rims on this ipressive masterpiece,so they chosed 22″ 5-spoke rims with 295/35 ZR 22 tires.
